Love this hotel!! Rooms are so nice and clean, and the downstairs breakfast and kickback is awesome!! Front desk are so helpful and sweet. Amanda is so kind!! I don’t know the other women’s names, but they are sweet too!!

TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ROOM BEFORE CHECKING OUT!!!!!! I'm writing this review on behalf of my son who stayed here while in town for the 1975 concert on Nov 5, 2023.. Everything was great, the room, the amenities and the location. The day he checked out, he was in such a rush that he forgot his Phillips Norelco pro hybrid rechargeable hair trimmer and shaver that I bought for him last Christmas. Yes, I understand that it was his fault but it upsets me that housekeeping never turned it in. I called and the woman contacted housekeeping who said that they never found anything. It's a shame how people could be so dishonest.

If you want a great value for the money, this is the hotel. When I travel, I want a clean room, great service, and quiet to sleep. The provided breakfast and 530 kickback dinner make it great. There are paintings of the city inside and in the room. In addition, enjoyed their lobby area decor and living room style seating. I recommended this place to my family when we all visited to see my Mom who was ill. It is military friendly and other discounts are honored as well with auto club, etc. Keep up the great work.

Stayed one night 11/4-11/5 on the 8th floor room 815 and I have never seen such an impeccable clean room I checked all the usual spots for dust and none!!! Amazing housekeeper you had clean that room please praise her for an outstanding job I forgot to look at her name on the paper…. I did tell the front desk though Great hotel overall extremely pleased!!
